BREAKING: Six Confirmed Dead As Military Aircraft Crashes In Abuja (Video)

No fewer than six lives have been lost after a Nigerian Air Force NAF201, Boeing 350 aircraft crashed in Abuja on Sunday.

Thelagostimes gathered that the aircraft which departed Abuja for Minna at 1033UTC with six persons on board including two crew, crashed barely 15 minutes after take off.

The aircraft reported engine failure and crash landed on the final approach path of Abuja Runway 22 at time 1048UTC.

Meanwhile, Hadi Sirika, minister of aviation, confirmed that the military aircraft King Air 350 crashed at the Abuja airport on Sunday.

He said via his Twitter handle that: “A military aircraft King Air 350 has just crashed short of our Abuja runway after reporting engine failure en route Minna.”
