Some governors elected under the platform of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC), are currently meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari in his office at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The governors are Abiola Ajimobi (Oyo), Ibikunle Amosun (Ogun), Rochas Okorocha (imo), Abdulaziz Yari (Zamfara), Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi), Sani Bello (Niger), Simon Lalong (Plateau), Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo), and Tanko Almakura (Nasarawa).
