[JUST IN] COVID-19: Nigeria Records 35 New Coronavirus Cases, Total Now 442
The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control control on Thursday announced that the country has confirmed thirty five fresh cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) .
LagosTimes reports that the agency made the disclosure in its daily situation report of COVID-19 on its official twitter page.
According to NCDC, of the 35 new cases, 19 are confirmed in Lagos, 9 in Abuja, 5 in Kano and two in Oyo, bringing the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria to 442.
In the same vein, of the 442 confirmed cases, 152 have been discharged after they were certified free of the virulent infection while 13 deaths have been recorded.
