Total Now 873 As Nigeria Records 91 New COVID-19 Cases — 74 In Lagos
Adamawa has joined the growing list of states affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, this is as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control annonced that the country has recorded ninety one fresh cases of the virulent infection.
The agency made the disclose this in its daily situation report of COVID-19 on its official twitter page on Wednesday evening.
According to the agency, of the fresh 91 cases, 74 are confirmed in Lagos, 5 in Kastina, 4 Ogun, 2 in Delta, 2 in Edo while Kwara, Oyo, FCT and Adamawa all recorded one case each.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 873, of which 197 have been discharged, while 28 deaths have been recorded.
