President Muhammadu Buhari will, on Friday, present the 2023 budget to the joint session of the National Assembly.

The President’s letter on the budget presentation was read during Tuesday’s plenary by the Senate President, Dr. Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan.

Thelagostimes gathered that the budget presentation will take place by 10:00am at the temporary chamber of House of Representatives within the National Assembly complex.

The budget, which stands at N19.76 trillion, will be the last to be presented by Buhari, as his tenure elapses on May 19, 2023.
