Nigerian Hip hop musician, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has passed away.

Entertainment journalist, Ovie on X (formerly Twitter) disclosed that the 27-year-old Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

However, the exact cause of his demise remains undisclosed at this time.

Mohbad was formerly signed to Naira Marley’s “Marlian Records” but departed from the label in 2022. He is best known for his hit singles such as “Ponmo,” “Feel Good,” and “KPK (Ko Por Ke)” in collaboration with Rexxie.
