SENATOR Solomon Adeola has described Lagos State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) as a disorganised party following its loss at the Supreme Court in the case which challenged the victory of Akinwunmi Ambode as governor of Lagos State.
While congratulating Ambode on his final victory over Lagos PDP, Adeola, who represents Lagos West Senatorial District said the loser at the last governorship election should not take the issue of governing Lagos State with desperation, stressing that he should have seen the handwriting on the wall when his party virtually abandoned him in his desperation after losing at the Court of Appeal.
Senator Adeola said with the distraction over, Ambode can now concentrate on delivering on the mandate given by majority of Lagosians, adding that with the state executive council now in place, the people can expect delivery of democracy dividends as promised by the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The senator said members of the federal legislature from Lagos State would collaborate with Ambode to ensure that Lagos enjoys benefits of being the commercial capital and former seat of government in Nigeria.
