Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has signed the state’s N1.168 Trillion budget for 2020 into law.
Thelagostimes gathered that the signing, which took place on Tuesday in the Governor’s office at the Lagos House, Alausa, Ikeja, had the Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat; Speaker Mudashiru Obasa; Chairman, House Committee on Budget and Economic Planning Hon. Gbolahan Yishawu; Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, Mr. Sam Egube among others in attendance.
This is coming barely 24 hours after the State House of Assembly approved N1.168 trillion being the 2020 budget for the state.
