Member representing Akpabuyo State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Mrs Elizabeth Ironbaris dead.
Mrs Ironbar reportedly died from a protracted illness on Wednesday morning at the Assembly Village, Ikotenim in Calabar.
She was a two-term member of the Assembly, inaugurated in June 2015, into the 9th Assembly.
Thelagostimes gathered that she was among the lawmakers who refused to defect to the All Progressives Congress, APC, alongside other members who followed Governor Ben Ayade.
