President Bola Tinubu, on Wednesday, met with the class of 1999 Governors at the council chamber of the Aso Villa, Abuja.
The ex-governors were at the State House to identify with Tinubu, who was the governor of Lagos State from May 1999 to 2007.
The meeting had in attendance former state governors Obong Victor Attah (Akwa Ibom), James Ibori (Delta), Orji Uzor Kalu (Abia), Lucky Igbinedion (Edo), Jolly Nyame (Taraba), Attahiru Bafarawa (Sokoto), Joshua Dariye (Plateau), Bisi Akande (Osun), and Ahmed Markafi (Kaduna), among others.
At the time of reporting, the agenda of the meeting was not known.
Tinubu was the governor of Lagos from 1999 to 2007.
