The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of the mop-up Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) held on Saturday, May 6.

JAMB spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this on Monday.

Thelagostimes recalls that the examination body recently arranged a mop-up UTME for 80,000 candidates who missed the chance to sit the examinations during the period scheduled.

The Board had, earlier in May, announced that a mop-up UTME would be conducted for certain groups of candidates whose exams were rescheduled after missing the chance to sit the examinations between the period scheduled by the board owing to “no faults of their own.”

According to the JAMB spokesperson, candidates who took part in the supplementary exam can check their results using their registration number via JAMB online portal or mobile phone number.
