The Supreme Court on Wednesday affirmed the victory of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State during March 2019 gubernatorial election
It also struck out the appeal by Great Ogboru of the APC challenging the victory of Okowa and his PDP’s victory at the poll held in Delta State.
In the same vein, the apex court also affirmed the election of Niger state governor, Bello Abubakar and governor Okezie Ikpeazu Of Abia state.
