Temitope Live In Concert Holds May 25

All is set for the first edition of the Temitope Live in Concert.

The solo concert which is set to hold on Saturday, 25th May, 2019 is themed ‘Ruwach’ and will feature several worship ministers.

According to the concert convener, Alabi Temitope, “the motive behind the concert is first to create an atmosphere for worship. Yes we’ve been doing that in our various churches but we want to do this outside denominations.

“People from different places coming together to experience a new move of God in careless abandon not constrained by and rules of worship. And also, it’s a live recording. We also want to be able to share some of these worship songs with the rest of the world from my present location.

“For the live recording, the instagram handle is @temitope__official. People can streamlive with us as we worship”.

He added that the theme, ‘Ruwach means the Breath, the wind, or the holy Spirit of God.

Temitope who is currently a final year archaeology student of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria disclosed that he started music professionally in 2014 after his first single ‘What would he say’ in 2015.

He added: “ I started singing very early. I was as young as 7-8-9 when people started noticing the gift. I Joined the primary school choir and church choir at that time, and all those experiences helped shaped the gift as a child. I have released 2 singles: ‘wait’ and ‘what would he say’ and 2 acoustics worship songs, ‘avenue’ and ‘defeated’.
