Super Falcons and FC Barcelona Femini star, Asisat Oshoala has launched her football academy in Lagos.

The academy is named after the former Bayelsa Queens star, Asisat Oshoala Academy, AOA, in partnership with Nike football and Women win.

Announcing the establishment on Thursday, Oshoala disclosed that the purpose of having AOA is to build upon her mission of providing access to sports and education to young girls Nigeria.

“I am proud to announce the launch of the Asisat Oshoala Academy in partnership with @nike and @women_win,” Oshoala wrote on her Instagram.

“With AOA, the girl child will have access to football and life skill. It is for the school girls in Lagos, Nigeria.

“The football academy is an initiative that will build upon my mission of providing access to sports and education to young girls in our community”, she added.
