A 21-storey building under construction in the Ikoyi area of Lagos state has collapsed.

Thelagostimes gathered that many are feared trapped.

While confirming the development, the Lagos State Emergency Agency disclosed that it has activated its emergency response plan.

LASEMA added that all first responders are enroute to secure the scene while the heavy duty equipment and life detection equipment have been dispatched.
