There is currently an unrest in Ojota area of Lagos, as some Yoruba Nation members are reportedly holding a rally.

Thelagostimes gathered that the Yoruba Nation group had planned to hold a mega rally at Ojota to press for self-determination.

Videos shared online revealed that some road users fled to safer areas after abandoning their vehicles at the riot scene.

A source told Foundation for Investigative journalism that two groups, suspected to be Oduduwa Peoples Congress and Yoruba Nation agitators, clashed in the early hours of Monday, resulting in one casualty. It was gathered that one person is already dead in the clash.
