Coronavirus: FG Orders Closure Of Motor Parks, Bans Inter-state Travel
As part of the drastic measures to curtail the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, the federal government has announced a travel ban that will halt movement of persons from one state to another.
Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed, made the disclosure on Thursday through media aide of the president, Bashir Ahmad, who made the announcement on his Twitter page.
He also said motor parks across the country will be shut down in order to effectively enforce the measure.

Currently eight states in the country have recorded cases of the virulent infection. Namely: Lagos, Abuja, Osun, Oyo, Ekiti, Edo, Ekiti and Rivers.
Lagos have the highest cases with 32 patients.
