A Federal High Court sitting in Yola has nullified the primary election of the All Progressives Congress (APC) which produced Senator Aishatu Binani as the party’s governorship candidate for Adamawa State.

The court, on Friday, declared that following its ruling, there would be no candidate for the APC in the State for the 2023 elections.

However, the court noted that both the petitioner and the defendants were free to appeal the ruling.
