The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has fixed Saturday, November 30, as the date for the conduct of the supplementary election in the Kogi west senatorial district.

This was disclosed by the commission via its verified twitter handle.

According to the commission, it arrived at the decision after a meeting held on Thursday, 21 November.

“INEC met today 21st November 2019 and fixed 30th Nov 2019 for the conduct of Supplementary and re-run elections for Kogi west Senatorial District and Ajaokuta Federal Constituency respectively,” the tweet reads.
