The body of the late ‘Ekwueme’ singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, has arrived her home town in Amakpoke Umuaku community in Abia State for burial.

Thelagostimes recalls that Osinachi died on April 8, 2022 in Abuja, after she reportedly suffered domestic violence prior to her death.

Osinachi, until her death, was a chorister at the headquarters of the Dunamis International Gospel Center in Abuja.

Earlier this week, the FCT High Court, sitting in Wuse, had ordered the remand of Peter Nwachukwu, husband of the late gospel singer, in the Kuje Correctional centre pending the hearing and determination of the homicide-related suit filed against him by the Attorney General of the Federation.
