JUST IN: Nigeria Records 117 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Now 782
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Tuesday announced that the country has confirmed fresh 117 cases of the novel COVID-19 infection.
The agency made the disclosure in its daily situation report of COVID-19 on its official twitter page.
According to the agency, of the 117 new cases, 59 are confirmed in Lagos, 29 in Abuja, 14 in Kano, 6 in Borno, 4 in Kastina, 3 in Ogun, while both Rivers and Bauchi have one each.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 782, out of which 197 have been discharged and 25 have died.
