Sunday Dare, Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, Adeduntan To Speak At The 11th Young Achievers Nigeria Awards
The biggest, most flamboyant and the most celebrated youth event in Nigeria, the ‘Young Achievers Nigeria Awards’ is set to hold on 29th of May, 2022 at Ibis Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
The event which is the 11th edition is hosted by Young Achievers Nigeria.com (Magazine), a youth celebrity magazine.
The youth celebrity news portal has been showcasing young Nigerian barrier breakers who have broken the ceilings of limitations to excel in their various fields since 2009.
To speak at this year’s event are the Hon. Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Mr. Sunday Dare; the Youth friendly wife of the Lagos State Governor, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, and the Tech-savvy MD of First Bank, Dr. Sola Adeduntan.
The publisher and convener of the Award, Mr. Adeduntan Ibrahim Yinka, in a statement, noted that despite the challenges Nigeria has been facing, some uncommon youths have written the name of the country on the global map because they exhibit qualities that people look for, which includes honesty, competence, progress, intelligence and inspiration.
Some of the nominees for this year’s Award include: Zubaida Idris Saeed, the medical student who graduated with 11 Honourary academic awards from Usman Dan Fodio University; 25-year-old Prince Mohammed Kadade Sulaima, the youngest PDP National Youth Leader; 21-Year-old Ekeoseye Elizabeth Osereme, the best graduating student from Unilag; Dr. Hallowed Olaoluwa, the 29-year-old youngest Lecturer with a PHD; 25-year-old Halima Zawiya, a certified agronomist and many more.
According to the convener, the event will kick off by 4pm.
