Five inmates have been electrocuted to death in the Ikoyi prison.
Thelagostimes gathered that the incident happened on Monday morning. Many others are said to be battling for their lives in a hospital.
Reacting to this incidence, the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola commiserated with the victims and ordered immediate medical attention for those affected.
