Founder of Oko-Oloyun Worldwide and De-Fayus International, Alhaji Fatai Yusuf, popularly known as Oko Oloyun), has been shot dead by unknown gunmen, The Lagos Times gathered.
Fatai, who is also the president of the physiotherapists Association of Nigeria was reportedly killed around 4:30pm on the road while traveling to Iseyin, Oyo State.
Oyo State Police Command on Thursday confirmed the news to The Nation. According to the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) Mr Gbenga Fadeyi, Commissioner of Police (CP) Shina Olukolu has visited the scene of the incident with some deputy commissioners for an on-the-spot fact-finding mission.
He added that Olukolu has directed a high-powered manhunt for the hoodlums that perpetrated the dastardly act with a view to bringing them to justice.
TheLagosTimes gathered that Yusuf, until his death, was the manufacturer of popular Fijk Flusher among other herbal products.
According to reports, his assailants traced him from the moment he took off before finally assasinating him.
