Veteran Nollywood actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, is dead.
According to multiple reports, the actor passed away at Evercare hospital. However, Mr Ibu’s family and representatives are yet to comment publicly.
The actor, who was aged 62, had been battling health issues since October 2023 and had undergone multiple surgeries that led to the amputation of his leg.
Mr Ibu’s death is coming less than 24 hours after the demise of another veteran Nollywood actor, Quadri Oyebamiji, popularly known as Sisi Quadri.
