The Defence Headquarters has declared eight persons wanted over their roles in the recent killing of 17 military personnel in Delta State.
The military released the list on Thursday at a briefing in Abuja.
Thelagostmes recalls that 17 military men were killed during a communal clash in Delta State. They were reported to have died while responding to a distress call amid a confrontation between the Okuama and Okoloba villages in Delta State.
However, in a statement on Wednesday, the DHQ release pictures of the eight persons wanted in connection with the killing of the soldiers.
They are: Akevweru Daniel Omotegbono (AKA Amagbem), Prof. Ekpekpo Arthur, Andaowei Dennis Bakriri, Igoli Ebi, Akata Malawa David, Sinclear Oliki, Clement Ikolo Oghenerukevwe, and Reuben Baru.
