COVID-19: Nigeria Records 300 New Infections, Highest Daily Tally Since August

Nigeria has recorded 300 new Covid-19 infections, the highest daily figure of cases in nearly three months.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known in its daily update on Coronavirus.
With the latest update, the total tally of infected people in the country rose to 64,090.
According to the NCDC, the nation recorded zero COVID-19 death, as a total of 26 patients recovered and have been discharged from various isolation centres in the country.
Giving a breakdown of the fresh infections, the NCDC said Lagos State recorded the highest figure of the day with 255 infections.
Others are; FCT (27), Oyo (10), Kaduna (5), Ondo (2) and Kano (1).
